• Is there a guarantee? As the exchanges and returns are made?

You can request a replacement of a EAGP product purchased in our shop for another model or size. In this case, you can choose a new product, as stock available in our shop. The new product will be shipped within twenty (20) business days from the formalization of the exchange for the choice of the new product.

You can also request the exchange of a product if it finds fault. In this case, when you request the exchange, you must inform via email (arte@eagp.com.br), the alleged defect which refers the complaint, explaining about the problem occurred.

The defective product returned will undergo an analysis of EAGP together with its suppliers, to be held in an approximate period of 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the product by the store, in order to show the defect and be able to ensure your satisfaction . After analyzing the product returned and found the defect, will be sent a new product, the same as claimed. In the absence of product in stock, the customer will be notified and may choose another product for exchange, as stock in our shop.

If the product has no defect, the exchange will not be allowed and the customer will receive back the product to a report from Brazil EAGP about the conclusions drawn.

In addition to the cases above, you are entitled to the waiver of the purchase in our shop. In this case, the reimbursement of the amounts paid for the product will only be made upon receipt of the product by EAGP Brazil.

ATTENTION:

  • Every intention of replacement or withdrawal must be previously communicated by the customer to EAGP staff, through contact by email: arte@eagp.com.br.
  • The product can only be sent back to EAGP Brazil by the customer after the notification referred to above, by means of which the customer will be instructed about the procedures to be followed.
  • Exchanges and withdrawals should be raised to meet the EAGP Brazil in up to twenty (20) calendar days of receipt of the product, except in cases of exchange for defect in the product, which must be requested within 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the product.
  • If there is a difference in values ​​between the new product chosen and changed product, the customer must pay the difference, and in this case, the new product is only sent after confirmation of payment.
  • The exchange of the object or product withdrawal may not have use of evidence and must contain the original packaging and labels.
  • To ensure your satisfaction and good relationship with the store, the freight exchange or waiver runs account EAGP Brazil. In the case of alleged defect that is not allowed to return, EAGP Brazil reserves the right to charge the freight for return of the goods.
  • Recalling that EAGP is available to its customers regardless of the formal exchange, through contact by email.
  • We do not accept exchange or Art or services categories returns.
